Weird Dreams - Part 1

In my hands I carry a tiny child. More like a jelly white baby. A baby that is so tiny it can be compared to a fetus. I wasn't trembling. I was just unsure why I'm holding it. Was it mine? Was it someone's? Was it both? The background was a blur but there's a corridor to somewhere. It was unclear if it looked like a hospital or a seminary. The colors were paled and though there wasn't any sign of warmth anywhere in the picture, I didn't feel cold. The baby in my hands did feel warm.

I wasn't running or walking. Suddenly I found myself sitting in a bus, an ordinary bus. It was parked under the shade of a huge tree, on a dusty dry soil. The bus was being filled with passengers. Later did I realize that I knew the people on board. We're all wearing white blouses or shirts. We smiled to each other and it felt like we were talking though I can't recall what we're talking about. It felt like home. So where were we headed? I wasn't really sure.

Just like in most of my dreams, I woke up in the middle of it. When I opened my eyes, I tried very hard to remember every detail of it. It felt like it was oozing with symbolism. There's the gelatin baby, the familiar faces on white tops, the bus, the dirt road, the shaded lot. I dug deep to my conscious mind hoping I could find some answer to this confusing dream. I didn't find any. I set it aside for a while just like how I would keep a file in one of my folders for future reference. About a month later, I started feeling sick. I didn't have a fever or a cold. Everything I ate just tasted bland. I found out I was pregnant.
